Ecological clothing rental store

An ecological and affordable alternative to fast fashion

Ensemble is a subscription-based clothing rental store.

As a member you have the entire selection of the store at your disposal.

Kind of like a library for clothes.

Using a shared wardrobe gives you more choice on your everyday clothing and reduces our ecological footprint. Everybody wins! You can try out different styles and have a little fun too sometimes.

You can try a slightly bolder, or brighter, dress style, or stay in the basics, as you wish.
Choose the look of the day according to your mood!

Featuring

VESTIARIUM

Vestiarium is a Finnish womenswear concept created in 2016. Their focus is on timeless design, high quality, and sustainable and locally manufactured fabrics mostly made from natural fibre. Vestiarium sustains production in small family-owned ateliers in Estonia and compensates for all the company’s carbon emissions.

We feature small European brands who produce their items ecologically and ethically. This means that they

  • know where their fabrics come from and how they are produced
  • use natural, sustainable and recycled materials
  • know who make their clothes and jewellery and in what conditions
  • search and develop constantly new and more sustainable ways of working
  • pay attention to packaging, labels, waste, transportation etc.
  • concentrate in making high quality and timeless pieces that you will love wearing again and again

Featuring

PAPU DESIGN

Papu Design started in 2012 with the aim to please both kids and adults by making playful yet stylish clothing. Efficient use of fabrics, made in Europe, environmentally preferred materials, no suspect chemicals, environmentally friendly labels and tags, hangers, boxes and cloth racks and packaging materials.
Each Papu collection tells a story through colours, shapes and little details.

By offering different styles we want to break the myths often joint with eco-fashion and show that sustainable fashion is also elegant and sophisticated.

From Ensemble you will find clothes for every occasion; for the office, an evening out, for a party or for your day off. We don’t have evening gowns, but we do have sophisticated short dresses and jumpsuits that go well for parties.

As a consumer it may be sometimes difficult to find reliable information on sustainable brands and on ecological and ethical production. Ensemble wants to be there to help you be informed and to find your way in the expansive world of textile industry. We are happy to share our knowledge and are always happy to discuss different opinions and new ideas.

We want to help women make conscious purchasing decisions and invest on quality rather than quantity.
